Suzanne Eubanks
E-911 Database Specialist

Suzanne began her career with Flagler County in 2001 and transferred into the Division of Emergency Services in 2002. As E-911 Database Specialist, Suzanne is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the County’s Automatic Location Identification (ALI) and the Automatic Number Identification (ANI) Databases; ensuring the incoming telephone number is associated with the correct physical address when an emergency call is made. Suzanne is the liaison between our 911 service provider, private sectors, other governmental agencies, and the County’s E-911 system. Suzanne's position is under the IT department of Flagler County.

Suzanne is also responsible for the maintenance of the Master Street Address Guide for the County. In this aspect, she approves road names for new developments and ensures that road names are not duplicated in the same Emergency Response Zone within the county. She is responsible for the assignment of E-911 addresses throughout the County and acts as liaison between developers, property owners, the United States Postal Service, utility companies and other municipalities on addressing issues.

In addition to her responsibilities as E-911 Database Specialist, Suzanne is the acting Logistics Section Chief for Flagler County during emergency activations, ensuring service and supply to incident personnel. She is also a member of the Northeast Florida Incident Management Gray Team which assists other counties during emergency activations when the need arises.
